This extended session invites participants to explore the intricate relationship between the mind and body through a combination of powerful practices: breath work, sound healing, cold therapy, and dynamic movement.


1. Breath Work Exploration and Guided Practice

Participants will delve into various breath work techniques designed to promote relaxation, clarity, and emotional release. Guided exercises will teach attendees how to harness their breath to manage stress and enhance mental focus. Understanding the physiological effects of different breathing patterns will empower individuals to incorporate these practices into their daily lives.


2. Sound Healing Experience  

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound therapy. Using instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks, this segment will engage participants in a sound bath experience, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release. 3. Introduction to Cold Therapy
