Our Mission

At Breath Amigas, our mission is to empower individuals to harness the transformative power of breath as a tool for mindfulness, healing, and personal growth. We are dedicated to creating a supportive community where everyone can explore and practice conscious breathing techniques and: unlock better sleep, calm the mind, alleviate anxiety, enhance asthma management, boost sports performance and recovery.

Our Story

In vibrant Mexico City, Gwen and Lyn met in school and formed a close friendship. Their bond deepened when they reconnected at a James Nestor Retreat in Costa Rica, discovering the healing power of breathwork. Excited, they embarked on a transformative journey together, attending trainings from Oxygen Advantage and the Buteyko Breathing Clinic. Now they invite you to learn with them.
